The beauty programme is a welcome complement to the Ayurveda practice. We offer a broad range of treatments, from anti-cellulite programme, through body peeling, to high quality face and body masks. All with high quality natural products.
Authentic Ayurveda is still being practiced in this wonderful place. Your treatment will be overseen by an Indian Ayurvedic doctor who, using the tradional pulse, iris and tongue diagnoses, will determine your individual Dosha type and will assist you throughout the entire course of treatment. You will be treated with original Ayurveda herbal oils, imported directly from India. That is unique in Europe.
Why suffer the long, taxing journey to India or Sri Lanka? In a little over 2 hours flight you can enjoy an authentic Ayurveda treatment much closer to home. Due to the mild mediterranean climate, treatment is available year-round.
Port Salvi – Rescue Harbour
The Ayurveda resort of Port Salvi is set in a spectacular rocky bay. From your room you will have the impression of being perched directly above the sea. In past times the bay served as a refuge for sailors in stormy weather: hence the name Port Salvi – Rescue Harbour. Could there be a better name for a place to find inner peace, renew vitality, and rediscover vigor? That is obviously also what the Indian doctors who first brought authentic Ayurveda practices to Europe over 20 years ago thought.

The Port Salvi Ayurveda Treatments
The cleansing treatments (also known as Panchakarma treatments) in Post Salvi are based on the age-old experiences of Ayurveda. At the beginning of each treatment is a consultation with a doctor. Our experienced Indian doctors determine your individual Dosha constitution. Based on this, they create your personalized treatment plan. Various cleansing and treatment procedures are combined with each other. Through their combination you achieve a deep cleansing of body, mind, and spirit. The immune system is strengthened and the cleansing self-healing power of the body is stimulated. The quality of the herbs used is crucial to the effectiveness of any treatment. Port Salvi is one of the few resorts in Europe that uses herbal oils imported directly from India in all its procedures.
Port Salvi offers treatments packages lasting either 7, 10, 14 or 21 days. The deep cleansing effects are already clear after just 7 days, although the ideal length of an authentic Panchakarma cleansing is 2-3 weeks.

Yoga and meditation support your Ayurveda treatment
Yoga and meditation are important components of the Port Salvi Ayurveda treatments. The self-healing powers stimulated by the ayurvedic treatments are further enhanced by yoga and meditation. Enjoy yoga and meditation during your Ayurveda holiday in the newly built yoga pavilion directly at the sea. At the Port Salvi Ayurveda Resort, yoga takes place twice a day, also on Sundays and holidays.
Daily morning yoga at 7 am This early morning yoga class is led by our Ayurveda doctors, who are all qualified yoga teachers. At the beginning of this rather meditative yoga there are always breathing meditations (Pranayama). Afterwards rather light asanas are practiced.
Daily afternoon yoga at 5:30 pm This yoga is led by a Port Salvi Ayurveda therapist who is a trained yoga teacher, or by local yoga teachers. It is intentionally a bit more physical than the morning yoga. Here even more sporty guests will get their money’s worth.
As part of the Ayurveda cure, we offer 2 basic yoga sessions daily which mainly focus on simple yoga postures and good breathing techniques.
Based on the varying health status of different clients and to enable the majority of our guests to participate in yoga, our medical team recommends only basic yoga sessions.

Aqua Healing – the journey to the self
From beginning of 2025, we will be able to offer you the unique experience of Aqua Healing at Ayurveda Port Salvi, in a purpose-built pool.
Aqua Healing is a pleasant and caring journey through inner worlds towards the self. Thanks to the therapists’ buoyancy and carrying techniques, you can experience the deep sensation of a weightless original state in water at body temperature, like an embryo in its mother’s womb.
Aqua Healing provokes very deep states of relaxation, a global perception of the self and a strengthening of original confidence. We use water, the original element of life, to eliminate mental and physical blockages on a physical, emotional and psychological level.
With Aqua Healing, the original element which is water becomes a means of healing.
Guided hiking tours along one of the most beautiful coasts in Europe
The coastline of the Costa Brava near Sant Feliu in Spain is considered one of the most beautiful in Europe. An ideal area for hiking by the sea. As a supplement to your Ayurveda treatment, we offer you guided hikes twice a week – always on Wednesdays and Saturdays – during which you can get to know this wonderful coastal landscape. How to get to Hotel Port Salvi
To Girona (approx. 30 km, 30 min. away): From many airports extremely inexpensive with Ryanair to Girona (partly under 50 euros). www.ryanair.com. From the airport hourly buses to Girona city and from there hourly to St. Feliu de Guixols. Seasonally there are also direct connections to St. Feliu (can be found at the Turismo in the airport).
To Barcelona: (approx. 120 km, 90 min. away): scheduled flights from most airports daily to Barcelona, bus service directly from airport terminal 1/2 to Sant Feliu de Guixols, https://compras.moventis.es/online/

The buses arrive at the bus station in Sant Feliu.

Hotel Eden Roc is very well connected to motorways and other major roads; both the N-II and the AP-7 connect to the C-31 which leads to Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
Once you get to Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Hotel Eden Roc is at the southern end of the town.
The closest RENFE railway station is in Girona, 35 km away. The AVE high-speed train runs there from numerous cities in Spain and France
Sant Feliu de Guíxols is connected to Girona, Barcelona and other major towns of the Costa Brava by scheduled interurban bus routes.
